Short Term Consulting Fees

Fees can be paid based on either a daily, monthly
retainer or project basis plus out of pocket expenses, including travel,
accommodations, etc.

Semi Full Service Management Consulting Service Fees

Fees can be based on a monthly retainer or project fee
basis plus out of pocket expenses, including travel,
accommodations, etc.

Full Service Turnkey Management Service Fees

Fees based on a percentage of yearly Gross Revenues
plus out of pocket expenses against a minimum per year fee, paid
monthly. The fees include an on site AmusementAquatic Management
Group General Operating Manager or Director plus all AMG corporate
support staff and services. Fee does not include on site departmental
management or staff. These fees would apply from January 1 of the
first operating season through December 31 of that year, assuming the
park opens between May 15 and June 15.
