This service should begin several months prior to park opening and continue through the first operating season and future contracted seasons. Through a full service arrangement we would provide:


Design Planning Consulting

Fees

1.

Design concepts, consulting and recommendations

2.

On site plan design and layout direction

3.

Attraction, retail, support service layout direction

4.

Graphic Design Services

Monthly, daily, hourly or fixed contract fees, plus out of pocket expenses, i.e., travel, accommodations, etc.

Fees and services would begin several months piror to park opening year and opening day.

Operating Management Service

Fees

1.

Recruitment, hiring and training

2.

Marketing, business / operating plan development and implementation

3.

Policy and procedure development

4.

Finance, accounting and budgeting

5.

Total day to day operational responsibility

Percentage of yearly Gross Revenues plus out of pocket expenses against a minimum per year fee, paid monthly. The fees may include or exclude on site AmusementAquatic Management Group Operating General Manager or Director, based on your preference, however, all AMG corporate support staff and services costs would be included in the fees. Fees do not include on site departmental management, however, that option is available. These fees would apply from January 1 of the first operating season through December 31 or that year, assuming the park opens between May 15 and June15.


Should the client investor / development group choose the 3 services above, AMG would be responsible for all aspects of your Park's planning, development and operation.
